Hangeul Jump is licensed to You (End-User) by StoryTiger, located and registered at Deogyang-gu, Hyangdog-dong 391, DMC Flex Design, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do 10545, South Korea ("Licensor"), for use only under the terms of this License Agreement. For clarity, this App is licensed, not sold, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by StoryTiger.
By downloading the Licensed Application from Google's software distribution platform ("Play Store"), and any update thereto (as permitted by this License Agreement), You indicate that You agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this License Agreement, and that You accept this License Agreement. Play Store is referred to in this License Agreement as "Services."
The parties of this License Agreement acknowledge that the Services are not a Party to this License Agreement and are not bound by any provisions or obligations with regard to the Licensed Application, such as warranty, liability, maintenance and support thereof. StoryTiger, not the Services, is solely responsible for the Licensed Application and the content thereof. Nothing in this Agreement modifies the Google Play Terms of Service or applicable Play policies.
Hangeul Jump when purchased or downloaded through the Services, is licensed to You for use only under the terms of this License Agreement. The Licensor reserves all rights not expressly granted to You. This license is personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and for non-commercial use.
Hangeul Jump ("Licensed Application") is a piece of software created to enable users to learn Hangeul via hyper-casual gameplay — and customized for Android mobile devices ("Devices"). It provides hyper-casual gameplay designed to help users learn Hangeul through simple interactions.
The Licensed Application is not tailored to comply with industry-specific regulations (HIPAA, FISMA, GLBA, etc.). Do not use the Licensed Application if your use would require such compliance. Nothing herein restricts any non-waivable consumer rights mandated by applicable law.
The Licensed Application requires Android OS meeting the minimum version shown on the Play Store listing (subject to change). Licensor recommends using the latest version.
We may provide updates for compatibility but are not obligated to do so. You are responsible for ensuring your device meets requirements.
StoryTiger is solely responsible for maintenance and support. Contact information is provided on the Play Store page and in Section 11. The Services have no maintenance obligations. Any refunds (if applicable) are handled by the Play Store operator under its policies.
If the App provides forums, chats, or uploads, your contributions must comply with applicable laws and this Agreement. If the App does not provide such features, this section does not apply.
If contributions are provided (e.g., usernames, scores), You grant StoryTiger a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display such content solely to operate the App. We do not claim ownership of your content, and we do not use it for advertising without your separate consent.
Licensor’s liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. For essential contractual duties, Licensor may also be liable for slight negligence, but liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages. Liability is not excluded where unlawful, such as for death or personal injury.
At download, the App is warranted free from known viruses and to substantially perform as described. No warranty applies if the App is modified, misused, used with incompatible devices/software, or affected by factors beyond our control.
Defects must be reported within 90 days of discovery. If confirmed, StoryTiger may fix or provide a replacement build. Refunds (if applicable) are processed under Play Store policies. Consumer rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected.
StoryTiger, not the Services, is responsible for addressing product liability, legal/regulatory non-conformity, and consumer protection/privacy claims.
You represent and warrant that Your use of the Licensed Application will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Your jurisdiction, particularly those governing the protection of children and minors' personal information. This includes but is not limited to:

This license remains until terminated by StoryTiger or You. It terminates automatically without notice if You breach this Agreement. Upon termination, stop using and delete the App. We may also delete leaderboard entries associated with your account or device.
You must comply with third-party terms. Google and its affiliates may be third-party beneficiaries to the extent required by Google Play policies.
StoryTiger owns all rights to the App. If a third party claims the App infringes its IP, StoryTiger is responsible for investigation, defense, settlement, or discharge.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of South Korea. Mandatory consumer protection laws in your residence country remain unaffected.
Any disputes relating to the collection or processing of children’s personal information shall be governed by the laws of South Korea, without prejudice to mandatory protections under the laws of your country of residence.
If any provision is invalid, the rest remain effective. Section headings are for convenience only. Changes or waivers must be in writing.
Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Notice at https://www.hangeuljump.com/privacy. In case of conflict, mandatory privacy laws prevail.
You must not use cheats, bots, or tools to manipulate gameplay. We may reset scores, restrict access, or terminate accounts for violations.
The App may display usernames and scores to other users. You grant StoryTiger a limited license to display such content solely to operate the App.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features for legitimate reasons (e.g., security, legal compliance). We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
